Chrisp Street Market Christmas Events 2006-2010

Joule has managed festivities at Chrisp Street Market, involving the annual switch-on of the Christmas lights and seasonal events throughout December, since 2007. Programmed highlights include the arrival of Santa pulled by huskies, a fully-kitted out grotto with accompanying reindeer, pony and trap rides, live music, ice sculptures, street theatre and art workshops to entrance a family audience. In 2009 the event got off to a thrilling start with aerialists, and street theatre from Paka and his fire breathing horse.
2010 included a live big band, a lantern procession, choirs from local community groups and schools, ice sculpture and street theatre including the fantastic Granny Turismo and EEA's amazing 4m high robot, Binbot- Mr Recycle More.
