Julie worked for the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham for their Millenium Celebrations. Events include: East London's New Years Eve Celebrations 00-01, Tower of Tales @ HM Tower of London, East London Mela, Future Perfect (Gay and Lesbian Festival), Our Town Story @ The Dome, East Londoner's photographic exhibition, Council representative for Stella Screen Tour 2000 and Radiohead tour 2000. Plus she assisted to create and employ a team of Event Assistants
